Spent Easter at this lovely hotel and had a great time! The location couldn't be better - just a few minutes walk to some stunning beaches and close to all the key attractions in the area. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We loved the fact that there was a pool to cool off in after a day in the sun, and the breakfast was delicious.
That the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, but that's just a small issue. , the décor in the rooms could do with a bit of a modern refresh, but it didn't affect our stay at all.

Location next to Scala dei Turchi and nice sandy beach. Close to Agrigento
Very old fashioned, not worth the money they charge and definitely not a 4 star (could possibly have been one in the 80's). Very noisy from the corridor outside and also when someone took a shower or went to the loo above.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were really friendly and approachable, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and my room was spotless. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool area, which was well-maintained and clean. Plus, the location was perfect - just a few steps away from the sandy beach. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast that offered a wide variety of continental options. I couldn't ask for more during my stay here.
Almost perfect.

The closest beach is few hundreds meters from the hotel. Relatively close to Scala dei Turchi (5 minutes by car). Breakfast is good, although there are no fried eggs and bacon..
No wireless in the room. Many mosquitoes preventing us from sleeping (check the walls: full of red dots made, presumibly, by customers fighting against mosquitos airforce over previous nights).

Near to the beach, it has an own swimming pool. Helpful, young staff! There is a very good family-run Fish-Trattoria at the other end of the beach!
It isn't a four stars hotel, it's a fair three stars hotel with a lot of family- and children-guest. The breakfast was fair, it could be better and it close 9 am! Not too big rooms and the air-condition is very loud! Our room-door didn't work properly...

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel near a sandy beach. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the shore. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the view from the room was breathtaking. The hotel also had a swimming pool and a clean area for lounging. it was a great place for a relaxing beach vacation.
The variety of nearby restaurants and snack bars was limited in the evening.

I liked the location and scenary
I did not like the fact that we were placed in a 2 star accommodation at a 4 star resort. We complained to the manager to no avail that the ac was broken and our family including a one year old got no sleep the first night. Following an intense discussion regarding moving or placing us an an appropriate room with the fact that I would be complaning to Booked.net regarding false advertising concerning the 4 star accommodations the manager finally changed our room and we remained until the end. What upset us the most was the fact that he indicated that all rooms were the same. We quickly found this to be a direct lie. Rooms are assigned according to the payment they receive and not the 4 star rating we expected from Booked.net. This is a case of buyer be aware. The same happened to the others we stayed with however there is no point in repeating the story.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was just perfect. It was within walking distance to the beautiful beach and the famous Scala dei Turchi. The view from my balcony was absolutely stunning. I could see the turquoise waters and the white cliffs, it was like a dream. The hotel also had ample free parking, so I didn't have to worry about any extra fees. The staff here were so friendly and approachable. They were always ready to help and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the shower was amazing. I couldn't have asked for more.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Near to a nice beach. Our suite had a separate room for our daughter. Very spacious and comfortable for the price. Breakfast was substantial and tasty. The evening receptionist was very helpful in finding us a restaurant to eat in that was actually open (being off season most places were closed) - this was 5km up the road where we had a very nice dinner.
In the following comments please bear in mind that we visited this hotel very much out of season (late October) - I suspect it is a very different place in high summer. The hotel was staffed by just one person - well two people one for the evening/night who was very helpful and one for the day who was less helpful. Neither spoke English and I enjoyed the challenge of attempting Italian with them. The hotel and the town it is in, Lido Rosello, was almost deserted which felt a bit odd. The swimming pool was closed. Hotel has clearly passed its hey day, but is still functional. It claims to be 4 star, but is closer to 2 star, but frankly - what did I expect for €45 - it was a bargain and an interesting experience.
